The Strungback comprises of FOUR PRIMARY SECTIONS

  • The Bracings (support posts) - Rigidly supports the Plank, Frame, and Soundboard ; prevents buckling
  • The

    Wrest Plank (Pinblock) - Holds the tuning pins which bear over 20 tons of pressure
  • The Cast Iron Frame - Works conjointly with the bracings to bear the enormous tensions produced by the strings
  • The Soundboard - Resonates the sound produced from the strings being struck
