A bit on Kemble Pianos

Originally established in London in 1911 by Michael Kemble, by the 1960s Kemble Pianos were also making John Brinsmead and Cramer instruments as well producing pianos under license for John Broadwood, Eavestaff and Chappell. In 1988 they were bought by Yamaha Corp which greatly improved their precision build techniques and have since been a very popular choice for players seeking the famous consistency and durability of Japanese instruments with the nuance of European woods and tradition.
