Marina Petrov is a classical pianist, with over 25 years of experience in teaching in the UK as well as promoting young talents around Europe. Her piano career started early at the age of 8 with a debut in Belgrade followed by numerous TV and National Radio shows. She has won many piano competitions and festivals 9 years in a row in former Yugoslavia. Marina continued her studies at Moscow Conservatoire in USSR and after moving to London in 1989, has also completed MA in Music Piano Course (Performance Studies) at City University. Her piano teaching methods are based on concentrating on solving the most difficult problems in piano playing as well as working on the power of the mind.
