A bit on Royale (Daewoo) pianos
Royale pianos were instruments made in Seoul, South Korea by Daewoo Precision Industries. Daewoo made many pianos during the 1990s under various names including Royale, Schafer & Sons and Sojin. In 1991 they bought the famous Ibach Piano Company and moved production over to South Korea from Germany.
